HublerX Logistics and Fulfillment automates the dispatch planning process for manufacturers who ship finished goods to multiple customers, distribution centres, or retail locations through a mix of own-fleet and third-party logistics providers. Dispatch planning in most manufacturing operations is a manual process managed by a coordinator who maintains a combination of spreadsheets, phone calls, and loading lists on whiteboards. When production finishes early or late, or when a vehicle is unavailable, the coordinator must manually rebuild the dispatch plan with incomplete real-time information. HublerX automates that process. The logistics module receives confirmed production completion signals from the execution module and automatically generates dispatch plans that optimise vehicle utilisation, delivery sequence, and customer delivery windows. Load sheets are generated and shared with loading teams and drivers digitally. Vehicle tracking integration provides real-time shipment status to customer service teams and, optionally, to customers through a branded tracking portal. When production is delayed, the system calculates the impact on committed delivery times and raises alerts to customer service before the delivery window is missed. Partial shipment management, cross-docking, and multi-drop route optimisation are all supported within the module. Returns and reverse logistics workflows can be configured through the workflow builder. All outbound shipment data — vehicle assignments, load quantities, departure times, delivery confirmations — is captured and available to the analytics module for carrier performance analysis, on-time delivery tracking, and customer fill rate reporting.
