A Dubai-based food manufacturer and distributor (identity withheld), established in 2004 as a joint venture under a major UAE retail group. The company operates across the Middle East and Africa, exporting to 40+ countries and serving B2B customers including hypermarkets, supermarkets, HORECA, luxury hotels, and institutional buyers across the GCC. Promotions were created and communicated through meeting notes, spreadsheets, emails, and broadcast WhatsApp messages, with no single source of truth or standardized definition of terms. This created high risk in how promotions were created, tracked, and enforced downstream. Finance review was inconsistent, activation/deactivation relied on manual SAP entries, and FoC entitlements depended on sales executive memory—leading to missed customer entitlements, promotions running past end dates, and slow dispute resolution without an audit trail or live visibility. HublerX implemented a structured, end-to-end promotion workflow that connects promotion creation, mandatory Finance approval, timed activation/deactivation, and automatic application to quotations and sales orders. Promotions are created via required fields with reference IDs, routed through a system-enforced Finance gate, and then activated and applied automatically based on SKU/customer eligibility with a complete audit trail and live dashboard visibility. After Finance approval, HublerX automatically activates promotions in the SKU-Wise Promotion Master on the start date and applies them to every eligible quotation and sales order in real time, including FoC unit calculations. Validity is enforced through automatic deactivation on the end date, ensuring accurate, audit-ready promotion execution. Structured creation form requires SKUs, promotion type, value/FoC quantity, and start/end dates. Mandatory Finance review with approve/reject/modify and recorded comments.
