HublerX is a B2B WhatsApp ordering app purpose-built for manufacturers and distributors who receive the majority of their orders through WhatsApp rather than through structured purchase order systems. Unlike B2B WhatsApp ordering apps designed for retail — which solve the problem of digital catalogues, cart flows, and payment links — the HublerX platform solves the fundamentally different problem of unstructured, informal distributor orders arriving via text messages, voice notes, and photos. Distributors and dealers do not send orders in standard formats. They send messages in natural language, using informal product names, regional shorthand, and abbreviations that are specific to their relationship with the manufacturer. A distributor ordering 200 units of a product does not reference the manufacturer's internal SKU code; they use the name they have always used, which may differ entirely from the product master. Without a per-customer alias library, every such message requires a human to interpret and re-enter manually. HublerX builds a per-customer alias library from historical order data, reaching 85–90% automatic processing within 90 days of go-live. The NLP extraction layer reads messages in any format — text, audio transcription, or image-extracted text — and identifies product references, quantities, and delivery requirements regardless of how they are expressed. Extracted order data is validated against the ERP customer master, product catalogue, credit limits, and pricing tiers before a sales order is created. Orders that fall within credit limits and match recognised products are confirmed automatically. Exceptions — unrecognised product names, credit limit breaches, or quantity anomalies — are routed to the appropriate team member for review. Confirmed orders are posted directly to the ERP as standard sales orders, identical in structure to manually entered orders, and the distributor receives a WhatsApp confirmation within 5 minutes of the original message.
