HublerX WhatsApp to ERP Integration connects unstructured WhatsApp distributor orders directly to SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Tally — converting informal messages into validated ERP sales orders in under two minutes without manual intervention. Manufacturers and distributors receive the majority of their orders via WhatsApp, but ERP systems expect structured input: validated item codes, customer account references, pricing conditions, and credit-checked quantities. The gap between how distributors communicate and how ERP systems process data is currently filled by order entry teams who read WhatsApp messages, interpret product references, and manually re-key orders into the ERP. HublerX eliminates this manual layer through a four-stage integration architecture. The first stage captures incoming messages to a dedicated WhatsApp order number, processing text messages, voice note transcriptions, and photos of handwritten order sheets. The second stage applies NLP extraction to identify product references, quantities, delivery requirements, and customer identity from the unstructured message content — without requiring distributors to change their ordering behaviour or use any template format. The third stage validates the extracted order fields against live ERP master data: the customer account in the customer master, the ordered SKUs against the active item master, the quantities against customer credit limits, and the pricing against active price conditions for the customer-material combination. The fourth stage writes the validated order to the ERP as a standard sales order transaction — identical in structure to a manually entered order. The integration currently supports SAP ECC via RFC/BAPI, SAP S/4HANA via OData API, Oracle ERP Cloud via REST API, Oracle EBS via Oracle Integration Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 via Dataverse API, SAP Business One via Service Layer, and Tally via XML Gateway. The integration is fully additive: no ERP configuration changes, no custom objects, no non-standard transactions. Go-live timelines are 6–10 weeks from project start.
