No. HublerX reads the approved credit limits and outstanding balances from the ERP — SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or Tally — and runs the validation against those figures. The ERP remains the system of record for credit limits. HublerX adds the real-time check at every order entry point that the ERP alone cannot enforce consistently.

Can credit limits be different by channel — van sales vs. WhatsApp vs. direct ERP entry?

Yes. HublerX supports channel-specific credit rules — for example, a tighter effective limit for on-road van sales where collections cannot be immediately verified, and a higher limit for orders placed directly through the ERP by the sales coordinator. The rules are configured per distributor tier or channel.

What happens when a distributor places multiple orders in the same day?

HublerX updates the distributor's credit position after each confirmed order — so subsequent orders on the same day are checked against the current outstanding balance including all earlier confirmed orders from that day. A distributor cannot circumvent the limit by placing several smaller orders across different channels.

Can the credit controller approve exceptions from their phone?

Yes. Credit breach alerts are sent to the credit controller with a one-tap approval or rejection option — accessible on mobile without logging into the ERP. The decision is recorded with a timestamp and reason code against the order for audit purposes.
