The scheme table in the ERP remains the source of truth; HublerX applies it consistently at every entry point.

What happens when a legitimate exception needs to be priced below the scheme rate?

Where a commercial reason justifies pricing below the scheme — competitive match, goodwill gesture, promotional pilot — the commercial manager can approve an exception in HublerX with a reason code. The exception is recorded against the order with the approver name, timestamp, and reason. The order then proceeds to ERP confirmation at the approved price. All exceptions are visible in the commercial review dashboard.

Can HublerX handle scheme-on-scheme — for example, a base distributor rate plus a promotional overlay?

Yes. HublerX can apply layered pricing logic — a base scheme rate adjusted by a promotional overlay, a volume discount applied above a quantity threshold, or a geography-specific modifier.
