HublerX connects to WhatsApp Business API (for WhatsApp orders), email (parsed for order content), EDI (ANSI X12 and EDIFACT formats), company and distributor ordering portals (via API or file export), and van sales apps (via real-time sync). Phone orders are captured through the sales coordinator entering the order directly into HublerX, where they receive the same validation as all other channels.

How does the duplicate detection work across channels?

HublerX matches orders across channels by customer, SKU, quantity, and delivery date within a configurable time window (default: same calendar day). Where two orders from the same customer match on all four dimensions, they are flagged as a probable duplicate before either is posted to the ERP. The coordinator reviews and confirms whether the orders are identical (discard one) or genuinely separate (post both, with a combined credit check).

What happens to orders that arrive outside business hours — overnight EDI or early morning WhatsApp?

HublerX processes orders as they arrive, 24/7. Overnight EDI files, early morning WhatsApp messages, and portal orders placed at any time are validated and queued for ERP posting. Clean orders can be auto-posted immediately; orders requiring coordinator review are queued and presented to the coordinator when they start their shift. The production team's view of the order book is never stale because of after-hours arrival.

Can HublerX handle orders where the same customer orders different quantities on the same day through different channels — not a duplicate, but genuinely separate orders?
