HublerX can read hold events from standalone QMS platforms as well as ERP quality modules. Where a QMS is the system of record for holds, HublerX acts as the coordination layer — reading from the QMS and cascading to ERP, WMS, and downstream functions.

Can HublerX automatically pause work orders, or does a human need to do that?

HublerX can flag affected work orders for pause and notify the production supervisor with one-click confirmation, or — depending on integration configuration — pause work orders directly in the ERP. The default is human-in-the-loop confirmation; fully automated pause is configurable.
