How does HublerX determine the export dispatch deadline?

The export dispatch deadline is calculated backwards from the Ramadan start date — Ramadan start minus the in-country shelf stocking time (1–2 weeks) minus the customs clearance lead time in the destination country (3–7 days) minus the sea freight transit time by lane (typically 12–21 days for GCC from India). Each market's lead time parameters are configured in HublerX.
